The Queenstown Ceremony
Our ceremony will be held at Waitiri Creek Wines, Church Lane, State Highway 6, Gibbston near Dave's home town. www.waitiricreek.co.nz
The ceremony will begin at 5pm on January the 3rd, 2013. Please feel free to arrive any time after 4pm. We'll have a few drinks and snacks before the ceremony.
We'll be having dinner and a bit of a party at Waitiri too, shortly after the ceremony. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in the RSVP.
There will be a babysitter at Waitiri Creek, from 4:30pm through till midnight-ish. Feel free to bring your children, and let our babysitter look after them for a minute or two. There will be a couple of highchairs and portable cots at the venue as well 🙂
Waitiri Creek is a 30km drive from Queenstown. It's out beyond the bungy bridge and quite a drive if you're not familiar with the area. But, boy, is it worth it.
We're organising a bus to take guests to and from Waitiri on the day of the ceremony, picking up and dropping off in both Queenstown and Arrowtown. You can avoid the cops and not avoid the Central Otago vino. Couldn't be easier.
The bus will depart Queenstown at 3pm, arriving at Waitiri Creek at roughly 4pm. Here's the schedule we'll try and stick to. If you're taking the bus, just look out for a big red one trundling down the road. We'll wait for five minutes at each stop, so please be there early if you can.

Depart 11:30 - 12 midnight
The bus will depart Waitiri between 11:30 and midnight. It's a bit hard to say exactly, but that's the kind of time we're thinking. With drop-offs along the way you may not be back in Queenstown till 12:30 or so.
BBQ Lunch, January the 4th
We'll be hosting a casual BBQ lunch the day after the wedding. Please join us at Taramea, 362 Speargrass Flat Road. http://goo.gl/maps/jPAzb We'll be starting at 11am.
